Operational Unit

Aim at the need of customers, we develop the latest stack mold structure with our unique synchronous movements linkage mechanism. With this special design, the ultimate performance of 4 pairs per mold can be achieved.

Unique injection system for different color batches - Facing the diverse production demanding and small amount variety colors production processes, our unique injection unit enables you to mix original pellets or different color batches without changing injection system, it can further reduce your color batch stock, save the cost and improve the performance.
The Mould-Holders
-
The largest of this category - In order to permit high productions, with moulds type "multi-print".

The high closing force of the mould-holder is
realized with hydraulic cylinders that, automatically, compensate the different moulds' height. The closing of the moulds is assured in every thermal condition.

The hydraulic system of the mould-holder, realized with 4 cylinders allows the closing of the right mould independently from the closing of the left mould. In this way, the difference of thickness of the moulds can be compensated. The big dimensions of the hydraulic cylinders distribute the high clamping force on the whole surface of the moulds and permit to use a hydraulic circuit with low pressure.

The opening stroke of the mould holder is very high, in this way it makes more easy the mould operations and extraction of the products, even if they have great dimensions.

There are 4 systems of temperature control for each mould-holder. The temperature of each mould is controlled with high precision, increasing in this way, the quality of the injected product.
The injection groups

They are characterized by an optimal screw's profile and by a right thermal control.

The repeatability is assured by a sophisticated volumetric control and by the proportional valves of pressure and speed.

Double slides, to warrant a total rigidity in the "injection nozzle" and a repeatable and constant centering of the injection hole, during the entire productive process.

Injection volume is great enough to produce the one mould more pairs products.

Each injector unit has 5 zones of thermal controllers. Operate in independently and easily to set the temperature and cooling for each zone.

Precision slide system - With the precision ball screws driving by servomotor control systems, the movement of the injection units is smooth and precise.
