The Loft, a specialty store is one of its kinds in the country & is located at the prestigious Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, in North Mumbai. The Loft is owned & managed by M/s. Lakewood Malls Private Limited - a private Limited company incorporated in March 2000. The store is spread over 18000 sq ft & houses an unbelievable collection of over 90 Brands under one roof. This foray is Lakewood Malls first step in Specialty Retailing. It sets the international benchmark in terms of retail format, display and management.

The Loft is rated as more than a footwear outlet, a Footcare store. Here we have provided Customers services of a Pedicure centre, in-house cobblers & a free consultation with a Podiatrist. We also have a mini jogging track on the second level of the store, where customers can try out sports shoes before finally buying them.

Within a short span of opening the store, The Loft has acquired a very good brand image and given a boost to country's footwear industry, which till date was largely unorganised.

We have a young team of highly professional individuals who are totally committed to provide high class customer services of truly International standards and are motivated by the Company's value based policies. In our organisation the focus is on maintaining customer satisfaction & it's because of this, that in such a short span of time, we have the best footfalls in the country.

Growth Plan: Set up in Sep 2002, The Loft has plans to replicate this model across five other metros in India by 2005. As part of our growth plans, we are first looking at Bangalore & have identified certain properties there. We have a record 2000 customers walk - ins per day on an average, which is also the highest in the country for a footwear store. This is our first step in Fashion Retailing, after our hugely successful Haiko supermarket, where we have set a benchmark for the supermarket segment.

Product Range: Our range consists of all kinds of shoes, sandals, chappals, sneakers, including the Kolhapuri Chappals, Mojaris from Rajasthan, jootis from Punjab to Hawaii chappals. We have major brands like Florsheim, Caterpillars, Clarke's, Nike, Reebok, Woodlands, Redtape and many more, besides some exclusive brands of footwear from Europe & other parts of the World. We also stock an unbelievable range of socks collection of over 35000 pairs at any given time. Our pricing is reasonable and we offer value for money to our customers.

In the store we have demarcated the sections of Men and Ladies shoes and have a well-stocked Children's section housing brands like Kittens, Bubblegummers, etc. All the major Sports brands are with us and they are housed on the level two of our store.

Apart from providing an excellent ambience, spacious shopping and browsing areas, we also provide various value additions to the consumers, like a well equipped Customer service desk, in - house cobbler service, Pedicure centre, large delivery counters and a huge parking space in an otherwise crowded city. The Haiko Mall, where we are situated also offers a supermarket, facilities like a Florist shop, snack counters, a bookstall, Fries & Brown stall, etc, adding value for money.

The loft is open from 11am to 9pm, which suits the requirement of any busy person & is open on all seven days in a week.
