Kwality Foam is the Manufacturer of Latex Rubber Foam Sheets & Moulds like Insole, Collar, Tongue, Toe etc. used as a cushioning material in Shoes and other Leather goods. We also produce Latex Rubber Mattresses, Cushions, Pillows & Seats.

Our product is ISI marked under the Bureau of Indian Standard IS - 1741/1960 with the Registration No. CM/L - 9297704.

Latex Rubber is a natural product obtained from the rubber trees. Latex Rubber Foam is manufactured from this natural product through the Dunlop Process, which is widely used through out the world but the process followed by us is technically advanced from this process.

This Latex Rubber product is highly recommended as a cushioning material in shoes because of its following properties: -

We have our factory located at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. We have a large set-up spread over an area of 5000 Sq. Mtr. At present, our production capacity is to produce 30000 insoles (approx.) per day for shoes and accordingly other required items. We have a team of 20 technical persons for production and a separate team for Quality check. We have professional sales personnel to correspond with you regularly.

Our Specialty is that we not only produce things but also develop things as per our customer's requirement & specifications. We have a separate department as the Innovative n Creativity Department. developing and designing things like insoles of different designs n patterns exclusively for our customers.

At present we have a well-established market in India with Leading Indian Shoe Manufacturers like Liberty Shoes, Rehman Exports etc. using our product. We have the following wide range of products: -

1) Moulds for shoes: - (ISI Quality)

a) Insoles: - These are available in different designs & sizes and can be developed as per the requirement. It provides the shoe very comfortable feel.

b) Collar, Toe etc.: - These are available in different sizes as per requirement of the buyer.

2) Latex Rubber Foam Sheets: - (ISI Quality)

a) Modern Foam: - It is a sheet of Latex Rubber of the Size 75"x36" and is available in different thickness ranging from 2 mm to 25 mm. It is of very soft feel and is used at all the cushioning points of the shoe.

b) KVA Sheet :- We have specially developed this Latex Rubber sheet with highly improved quality and Long Life i.e. about 10 yrs. This is also available in 75"x36" size with thickness ranging
from 6mm to 25 mm. This is specifically recommended for Tuff and long life shoes.
