PRIMER-EVA

EVA Primers are synthetic resin solution in aromatic solution and are used in the footwear industry for facilitating the adhesion of Polyurethane adhesive to micro cellular EVA soling materials.

Application Method: Apply the primer by brush or roller coating machine to the roughened/cleaned EVA surface. Allow the primer to dry for a minimum of 5 minutes before applying a coat attaching adhesive. 

Bond the primed and adhesive coated sole to the other surface.

PRECAUTION: 
- Store under dry condition. Keep the tin away from heat and direct sunlight and naked flame.
- Close the lid tightly after taking out material from container.

SHELF LIFE:
- Normal shelf life of the primer is One Year from the date of manufacturing under proper
  storage

note: It is recommended that before using the product in full scale production, the manufacturer should make his own tests to determine the suitability of the product under his operating conditions. As the circumstances under which the products are stored, handled and used are beyond the control of supplier, one cannot assume responsibility for their misuse by the manufacturer.
