Rich Variety For Buyers in Wenzhou Int'l Leather Fair 10-13 Sep.2003

One of the four largest leather fairs in Asia
24,093 visitors coming from 45 countries and regions attended the fair. This figure included 2,650 international visitors, 11% of the total.
More than 500 companies from all over the world will exhibit in the fair, total booth up to 1,100, exhibiting area reaches to 24,000 sqm.
Extended exhibiting profile "furniture leather", which will deal with various parts of the leather industry.

The organizers of 8th Int'l Shoe Machinery & Raw Materials Exhibition to be held in Wenzhou China announced that the fair will be rescheduled from 12-15, Oct. 2003 to 10-13, Sep. 2003.

The adjusting is due to many reasons: First, the situation of SARS is now under effective control in China. Second the fact that lots of activities cancelled in the first half of the year, the demand for the products will increase, it'll reach a culmination in later Sep.. It is also respond to the inquiry from our exhibitors and visitors as well as to compensate the business and trade opportunities which have been delayed by SARS in the first half of the year.

Sep. become the prime time for purchasing. We believe that as the first professional leather & machinery exhibition in China's leather industry, it will undoubtedly bring unlimited commercial opportunities for both buyer and seller.

Up to 30th May.2003, 75% of the total booth has been reserved, with some 600 booths booked by Chinese companies and 300 booths reserved by oversea companies. The fair turns out to be a sold-out success. The total booth of this year's fair is estimated to reach 1,100, that will be undoubted the marvelous leather event in Asia in Sep. 2003.

[Furniture Leather] which will be a new feature at 2003 Wenzhou Int'l Leather Fair, have been well received by the exhibitors. This will provide a comprehensive overview of the lasted mid-high leather in the furniture industry. Furniture leather is a very important part of the world leather industry we can not ignore.

Wenzhou is a great potential market for furniture leather. There are about 3,000 furniture manufacturers gathered in the region of Yuhuan Wenzhou, sharing 15% of the total furniture production in China.

In order to reach the increasing demand for the mid-high furniture leather in Wenzhou furniture industry, this year in our fair, we'll establish a special area for furniture leather.
