In retrospect of the year
of 2005, Messe Düsseldorf China (MDC) has achieved great
success with the series of exhibitions held in China. From
China Shoes & Shoetec 2005 staged in Dongguan, Guangdong
Province early this year to CHINA-PHARM recently successfully
concluded at Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC),
the year 2005 has witnessed brilliant achievements by MDC.
The company has also made breakthroughs in the optimization
and expansion of human resources and in the improvement of
exhibition service concept. Numerous achievements include
the development of data marketing, real-time measurement web
marketing, building of exhibitors/visitors relationship management
system, and expansion of the company’s Chongqing Representative
Office in Southwest China.
China Shoes. Shoetec: Adaptive to Local Conditions,
Targeting Different Market Segments Achieving Splendid Success
China Shoes . Shoetec is another UFI certified
exhibition under the flag of MDC. Back in 2003, with the rapid
development of the Chinese shoe-making industry and the high
demand of the global market, MDC and Adsale Exhibition Services
Ltd joined hands and entered the Chinese shoes exhibition
market. To date, the export-oriented twin events have been
successfully staged for three consecutive times in Dongguan,
Guangdong province, scoring huge achievements, offering a
broad channel and platform for domestic shoes manufacturers
to export to European and American markets. Take the 2005
event in Dongguan for example, the twin events attracted 4,769
overseas buyers and another 6,620 trade visitors from Hong
Kong, Macao and Taiwan. The 2006 China Shoes. Shoetec event
is scheduled to be held at Dongguan International Convention
and Exhibition Center on 21-24 April, 2006. Currently, the
work of exhibitor canvassing is well underway.
Considering the success of the Dongguan event
and the rapid economic development of the Chinese mainland,
especially the steady increase of per capita purchasing power,
both organizers have decided to make another sortie in Shanghai.
In this regard, China Shoes. Shoetec Shanghai has been introduced,
targeting fashion brands and medium- to high-end consumers.
The first Shanghai event is scheduled to be held at the Shanghai
Exhibition Center in downtown area on 23-25 October 2006.
The new event, targeting at a different market segment and
boasting a stronger fashion theme, is bound to achieve great
success, complementing the spring event in Dongguan.
Always in pursuit of excellence, always adapting
to the developing market and presenting new products. MDC
has conveyed this message to the public through its successful
exhibitions.
