Party, Pumps and Celebrities - the GDS has it all!

Party, Pumps and Celebrities! ...and the GDS - International Shoe Fair being held from 18 to 21 September 2003 in Halls 3 to 14 at the Messe Düsseldorf promises even more.
Action is the order of the day at the world's largest shoe fair. The organisers and the exhibitors' themselves will be making sure there is plenty of action.
What about a "cruise"? The actress Heide Keller, star of the cult series, who plays the part of Beatrice the head stewardess, will be giving an autograph session on 20.09. from 2 pm Hall 11 B 16 (Messrs
Schein).
Actress Christine Neubauer will be presenting the new Berkemann collection (Messrs Bauernfeind Shoe Division). in Hall 11 A 73 on Friday, 19.9. from 3 pm to 6 pm. There will also be something special for those coming later: On the occasion of the 65th company anniversary, state registered physiotherapists will be offering stressed fair visitors back or foot massages, as well as acupressure.
Another celebrity as a special attraction - this time in Hall 12 A 13. Jette Joop will be presenting her newest creations on 19.09. from 10 am to 12.30 pm.
Creativity is also the order of the day for the award of the German Shoe and Leather Goods Prize. This prize will be awarded to manufacturers who have been an inspiration to other medium-sized structured companies in the market with successful product designs, taking place on Friday, 19.09 at 11.30 am in Hall 7. The prize will be awarded for ladies' shoes, men's shoes and children's shoes.
And in the evening? - That's when the celebrations start! Thursday evening will begin with the EFMA prize giving ceremony (European Footwear Marketing Award) at 6 pm in Hall 7. This prize is awarded every two years to a European shoe company that has made its mark with a successful marketing concept. Messe Düsseldorf will subsequently be holding an "After Show Party" with music and a Special Show Part. The presenter is Isabel
